Kaushal Gupta, aged 53 years, is the visionary founder and proprietor of Khushi International (est. 2002), restructured as M/s Lifetime Dry Fruits Pvt. Ltd. on 1 April 2022. With over three decades of entrepreneurial experience, Mr. Gupta has built a thriving enterprise specializing in the import, processing, and trading of Raw Cashew, Cashew Kernels, Gum Arabic, Gum Karaya, Dry Fruits, Dehydrated Fruits, Seeds, and Cashew Nutshell Liquid. Operating from Khari Baoli, Delhi—Asia’s largest wholesale market for dry fruits and forest products—the company also manages a state-of-the-art manufacturing and warehousing facility in Kundli, Haryana (Delhi NCR). In 2017, the company commissioned a modern cashew processing plant equipped with advanced imported machinery, significantly improving productivity and efficiency. In recent years, Lifetime Dry Fruits Pvt. Ltd. has proudly collaborated with the renowned Haldiram Group, supplying premium-grade dry fruits and ingredients for their snack and confectionery lines. This collaboration reflects shared values of quality, trust, and innovation, strengthening the company’s reputation as a reliable partner to India’s leading FMCG brands. Mr. Gupta is ably supported by his son Mr. Love Gupta, who oversees production and sales. A new-generation entrepreneur, Love Gupta has infused digital transformation—expanding the company’s online presence, introducing youth-oriented snack products, and modernizing branding and packaging. Mrs. Priyanka Gupta energizes the entire team by managing processing activities at the factory, fostering a family-like culture and operational excellence. Mr. Naveen Goel, with over 20 years of sales experience, leads the Khari Baoli office, driving consistent growth since inception. With a dedicated workforce of around 100–125 employees, the company continues to uphold its motto: “Customer satisfaction through consistent quality and exceptional service.”
